Sapphire 85th Anniversary End of the Year Gala

Since 1938, St. Francis Xavier Catholic School has remained steadfast in our commitment to academic excellence, founded on the principals of our Catholic traditions, and over our 85-year history provided more than 7,500 students a safe environment where their intellect, faith and friendships can flourish.

We pray that you will be inspired to once again donate as the support of our community partnerships through sponsorships and donations will determine the success of our Gala. This year’s funding initiatives will help with new academic programs, best-in-class technology and modern day classrooms.

Your support ensures St. Francis Xavier Catholic School remains able to transcend YESTERDAY, TODAY & TOMORROW. Once we receive your contribution, we will recognize you on the school website, in our weekly online newsletter as well as our various Facebook pages as a thank you for your generosity!

Here are the details for the 2024 End of Year “Sapphire Gala”:

Dance the night away to music brought to you by St. Francis Xavier.

There is also a silent auction that event goers can participate in by bidding on different prizes. This is a fantastic way to give back to the school, even if you can’t make it to the gala. The silent auction typically opens online one week before the night of the event. The school will send out a notification and link to the silent auction when it opens to the public for bidding.

There will be 250 tickets for the event. Tickets can be purchased online and run for about $125 each.

When you become a gala sponsor, your business’ name and logo is displayed across event signage, in the program, across table centerpieces, and more! This is a great way to get your business seen by hundreds of people from across the Southwest Florida area.

Sponsorships can range from $300 to $6,000. Each sponsorship level includes different incentives such as complimentary admission tickets, collectable event glasses, a festive memorabilia wine basket, a shoutout on the school’s website and social media page, your business logo displayed on major event signage, and more.
