Dear Parents,
Your children have been working hard to prepare for the upcoming Christmas program which begins at 6:00 Thursday, December 14th.

The Christmas program will be held in the Father Thomas Anglim Gymnasium. Students in PreK-4 through 3rd grades, the school chorus (2nd through 8th grades), and the school band will be performing for you. Additionally, some of our middle school students will be helping with sound, lights, backstage.

Dress guidelines for the student performers are as follows: All children should dress in their Christmas best! Girls should wear closed toed shoes as they will be standing on the risers. Also, heels are discouraged as we have placed students in positions according to height so everyone can be seen.

I look forward to seeing you all Thursday December 14th Doors to the gym open at 5:30 pm. Please plan on staying for the entire program (approximately 90 minutes). Children will have a chance to enjoy their fellow classmates and show respect as audience members. Please meet your child at the conclusion of the program in the designated location by their teacher.

• PreK-4 through Grade 3 – Please meet your teachers at the time and place they have
  communicated to you.
• Chorus & Band Members Please arrive at 5:30 p.m. Chorus – Sit in the upper seating
  area.
• Band – Take out instrument, leave cases in the lobby concession area, and meet Mr.
  Jodice at front of stage.
• Stage and Technical Crew. Please meet Mr. Jodice at 5:00.
